They are experts in topics such as Healthcare Reform and the ACA, and have contracted GCLS for the past 2 years to develop courses and marketing modules to educate their Pharmaceutical clientele. This has been a long-term, mutually beneficial B2B relationship.

This is a multi-billion dollar hospitality organization that requested certified training for their bartending staff. It teaches them safety standards, all about the various types of glassware, the categories of liquor and beer, how to pour, and more.

Ansir International

This sample is just one of a three-part course for sales reps in the Dental industry attempting to get past the front desk reception area, also known as the 'gatekeeper', in order to get in contact with the head Dentist. The module was created in Captivate 6 and contains a Main Menu for easy bookmarking and navigation. It teaches sales reps what to say and do (whether in person or on the phone) to achieve the ultimate goal of meeting the Dentist. An interactive map guides them through the course, while movement on the map is based on their scores within each activity. Based on their scores, the marker on the map moves closer, or farther away, from the Dentist office. Ultimate achievement is attained when they enter the Dentist office, pass the 'gatekeeper', and meet the Dentist.

Conflict Coaching LLC

This course was built based on a published book by Conflict Coaching LLC. It was a four-module course, almost 8 hours of learning, purchased by fans of their book. It included audio clips, practice exercises, rollover and on-click interactions, and even sample off-line activities.

Center for Economic Progress

This 3-hour course was designed for new and returning volunteers. The Center for Economic Progress is a non-profit organization that provides tax preparation services to low-income families in the Chicago area.

Real Property Management

This is an ongoing project with a national property management franchise called Real Property Management. They are building a library of over 20 courses to assist franchise owners in being successful in their business endeavors. It includes video, external links, high-level interactions, as well as audio scenarios and activities.

Fortune 500 Mortgage Company

This is a sample of a Fortune 500 Mortgage company's tutorial created by GCLS. It teaches the sales force the new contact database by allowing them to 'try it' while learning. Feedback was extremely positive and retention rates were the highest they have seen with any other form of training they have implemented in the past.

Medical Management Software Development Company

This was one of many tutorials created for a Medicine Management Software company who was launching tutorials on their web site for existing customers and sending the Tutorials on CD in the software packaging. Optility™-NMM is a Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Cardiology management application.  It efficiently captures and retrieves all regulatory and administrative data. It keeps track of all patients, procedures, drugs and health physics functions with the touch of a few keys.

The demos include audio narration by a professional voice talent, callouts, interactions and simulations.

BioPharm Systems

BioPharm Systems is a global IT consulting and managed services provider that focuses on the lifevsciences industry. They have extensive experience in the implementation, integration, migration, and hosting of Oracle's clinical trial management, drug safety and pharmacovigilance, clinical data warehousing and analytics, clinical data management, and electronic data capture systems. Their project was a combination of knowledge concept training in Articulate Storyline, with software tutorials created with Adobe Captivate (both Show Me and Try It assessments) dropped into the module. These modules were critical to the integration of Biopharm with its new acquiring company, Sunovion.
